We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Officer to work in the Urgent Care Centre.
The position involves rostered evening shifts 15:15pm to 23:15pm. Job share arrangements will also be considered.
As part of the role the successful applicant/s will be required to be available to provide additional coverage during periods of staff leave, including annual leave and other unplanned leave, to help ensure continuity of administrative support within the ward.
You will liaise closely with nurses, doctors, and the Health Information team; contributing to an informed and safe healthcare journey for each patient.
About you:
- Administration experience
- Experience in providing quality customer service in reception/frontline role
- Demonstrated computer literacy with accurate data entry
- Demonstrated capacity to follow procedures, manage time and organise workload efficiently
- Willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback
- Ability to work positively and constructively with staff from a variety of professional backgrounds
- Previous experience working in the health industry - desirable
