About you: 
  • Registration as a Registered Midwife with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Current employee police check
  • Current employee Working with Children’s check.
  • Ongoing registration with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia including maintenance of Professional Portfolio
  • Driver’s License
  • Must meet the requirements of Portland District Health immunisation policy
  • Current evidence of immunisation history and / or serology results
