Ongoing Full Time – 80 hours per fortnight plus monthly ADO

Available from 5^th October 2025

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Health Information Manager, although consideration will be given to individuals who can demonstrate appropriate knowledge and understanding of the role with a commitment to complete a recognised qualification.

About you:

• Recognised Health Information Management qualification and/or suitable experience in a similar role is essential
• Membership with HIMAA or a commitment to attain membership is essential
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence a range of stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work within timeframes and guidelines for various reporting systems
• Previous health information management experience including records management
• Strong leadership capability to lead and drive success within a team to maximise performance
• Highly developed problem-solving skills that lead to positive outcomes
• Demonstrated experience in the collection, extraction and analysis of data, including the submission of data to external parties
• Clinical Coding skills is desirable
• Knowledge of the Victorian Health sector mandatory reporting requirement and data submission processes is desirable
